Exhibitors can bring their own booths or rent a booth from an appointed partner (details to be provided)

• Assignment of space will be done on a first come, first served basis. Priority of space assignment will be based on the date of application and receipt of a minimum 50% deposit.
• Where a number of applications are received concurrently, the organizers will give priority to organizations that have participated in prior conferences.
• Conference sponsors will receive preferred placement. The conference organizers will ensure that all exhibitors are informed well in advance of their aloocated areas.

A 50% deposit payment guarantees a firm booking. This will be made only upon completion of an Exhibition Booking Form and signing of a contract.; Balance payment to be made within a period of 7 days, upon assignment of exhibition space.
